Checking In
Work, the Easter Long Weekend, the start of the AFL season and a lull in the inspiration department have prevented any posts over the past week or so.

Tell me - when you have a moment - this defection by Alby Schultz. Do you think this could be the thin end of a wedge, prising open a crack in the PM's armour??
I have a certain interest in this. I'm pretty surprised I have to say but I know Alby has been frustrated in a variety of areas for a while and he has suffered for refusing to be a total 'yes man'. I don't agree with his politics but I like the person.
There's been some in the sphere that see Alby's outburst as the 'thin edge' of a concerted push to remove the PM. I find this hard to believe.
This type of stoush would do untold harm to the government. I thinks Howard's so intrenched that the only way he'll go is when he chooses, or when the voters kick him out.
I hope I'm wrong.
